Christopher Thé from the Black Star Pastry bakery in Sydney, Australia, has created glow-in-the-dark doughnuts, or glonuts, for the city’s annual Vivid Festival of Light. It took almost a year to create the glowing icing, using an ingredient made from vitamin B.
