Clover Fonterra Ingredients (CFI) is a joint venture between the South African dairy company Clover Industries (Pty) Ltd (51%) and New Zealand dairy company Fonterra Co-operative Group (49%).

 

 

 

CFI markets and supplies bulk dairy ingredients and food-service products to some of the most recognised names in the food industry throughout the Sub-Saharan region.

 

We deliver a broad range of products to our customers with greater security of supply and an enhanced product development capability, local and international. The integration of the manufacturing and supply chain processes of both Fonterra and Clover are a key strength and gives flexibility of products to our customers.
