Fresch Foods is a brand built around blending fun and accessibility with clean eating and healthy living. Inspired on a trip in Indonesia in 2015, owner Adam Reilly saw the smoothie bowl product trending and a movement among millennial consumers globally towards being more conscious about what they put into their bodies.

Fresch Foods started out as a market stall, and has now grown to have its own brick and mortar fast-
casual health food restaurant in Long Street, Cape Town-serving smoothies bowls, smoothies, juices,
salads, wraps, bagels and more.

As an environmentally conscious brand, all the packaging used in-store is biodegradable, and
all food waste, pulps and peels are turned to compost and given back to the soil.

It is the company’s vision is to spread Fresch Foods into multiple locations over the next few years and to bring clean eating and healthy living to consumers all over the country.
