The new KRONOS wheel-out spiral mixer convinced the trade fair visitors with its excellent price-performance ratio and excellent quality. The TITAN & POWER MIXER mixing systems stand for maximum performance perfectly tailored to the individual product range. As the only industrial mixer to have shafts that run in the same direction, the ZPM continuous mixing system is flexible and particularly gentle on the dough.
Dividing and moulding in perfection:
The powerful TEWIMAT dough divider divides soft dough and large weights in consistently superior quality. The SOFT STAR CT is gentle on the dough and features a hygienic design worthy of its name. The V 700 divides everything from firm to very soft dough with extreme accuracy and high output. Optimal round-moulding is child’s play with the CCR 59 taper round-moulder.
Extruding – the process step for varied sticks:
Be it classic, filled or twisted: the high performance SP sticks press produces varied sticks with maximum efficiency, and can be combined with other components to produce cracker and moulded-biscuit products.
Industrial baking technology for premium quality:
The VARIOBAKE SNK tunnel oven adapts to product-specific baking profiles with extreme flexibility. This is just as optimal as a baking process can get.
