Kudzai is at the forefront of integrating indigenous ingredients with sustainable practices and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to enriching the global dining and cultural scenes with Africa’s vast culinary and storytelling traditions.
PRIYA SEETAL
Priya Seetal, a registered dietician with over 25 years of local & international experience, is Nutrition Manager at the South African Sugar Association (SASA). She monitors scientific research and policy on issues of sugar and health, and oversees SASA’s Nutrition Research Grants Programme, is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), is a member of the Association of Dietetics and is Chairperson of Diabetes Education Society SA.
