Tucked away in Wetton in the Cape is a very specialised converter of paper products to the baking and food industry.

 

Wilsam Packaging converts a variety of goods for the industry from silicone paper disks for cakes to tulip muffin cups.

 

“ We import jumbo reels of silicone baking paper, slip easy and turn them into almost any shape or configuration from muffin cups to madeira liners. We produce counter top reels of baking paper in both bleached and unbleached and paper for lunch wrap.” Says Brian Williams who runs the factory. “ we have over 200 tons of raw materials in stock so we are able to supply with short lead times.

 

 

“ We recently bought 5 x 40ft containers of natural greaseproof paper in one consignment. This is pure parchment paper from Scandinavia and at a price that matches the imports from the East and is far higher quality “

On site there is a cash and carry factory shop, samples will happily be supplied on request
