South Africa’s first stackable pan from IBCO
IBCO has developed South Africa’s first stackable pan enabling bakeries to improve
pan storage in bakeries leading to increased efficiencies, safety, plant hygiene and improved pan management.
Every bakery is unique in its design, size, special constraints and required throughput. Stacking of pans can cause inefficiencies in baking throughput as well as ineffective pan management. This was the motivation for IBCO to develop a tailormade design for a pan profile to decrease the footprint required of stacking.
THE T8 STACKING PAN
The T8 pan design enables pans to stack into one another thereby eliminating inefficient plant space utilization. The T8 pan stacking design locks pans into one another which helps stack the pans more securely when offline.
This makes pan stacks or magazines much safer in bakeries compared to typical stacking techniques.
