1. The Highspeed Cooking Masterclass with Merrychef showcases cooking, toasting, grilling, steaming and regeneration of a wide range of fresh or frozen foods such as sandwiches, pizzas, fish, vegetables and meat up to 10 times faster than in a regular oven.
2. The Intelligent Cooking Masterclass with Convotherm focuses on the possibility of scheduling every meal throughout the day from breakfast to dinner using only a Convotherm combi oven and taking into consideration meals for different market segments, from fine dining to quick service restaurants (QSR).
